Our experienced and attentive villa staff includes a chef, butler, housekeepers, laundress and gardeners. They are a delightful, warm, dedicated professional team and will serve you with traditional Jamaican hospitality.

At Sugar Hill, we strive to serve the freshest local ingredients. Exceptional meals are prepared according to your individual tastes and dietary needs. Our award-winning chef is happy to work with guests to personalize farm-to-table menus. We use fresh organic vegetables, herbs and tropical fruits from our gardens in addition to fresh produce, fish, chicken and meat from the local markets or the Tryall Club's commissary.

Our chef will pre-purchase enough food and beverages for the first few meals and will finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. You can even go to the garden and snip some veggies and herbs with our gardener. We also have a wood burning pizza oven and can create a wide variety of delicious pizzas!

The Tryall Club offers members and discerning guests the experience of a relaxed luxurious villa lifestyle, world class golf and tennis, a quarter mile of shimmering white private beach, exceptional cuisine, and spectacular Caribbean views. 84 private homes are set amidst 2,200 acres of lush tropical property.

The golf course winds it's way around the estate through the hills, palm trees and scenic coastline. The tennis facilities include 4 classic clay courts and 5 Nova-cushion hard courts. Hobie-cat sailing, kyaking, snorkeling, and dining are all available at the beach. The tour desk at The Great House will make arrangement for excursions and sightseeing. The Hummingbird kid’s club welcomes children from the ages of 5 through 12 and toddlers accompanied by babysitters. There is something for everyone!
